The DLC hasn't been properly unlocked. Solution: Run XM360 v2.0d – Scan all paths, then use "Unlock All DLC". Note: Some DLC require a specific TU. For Ultimate Collection , you need TU4 for the Gems to appear in the main menu.
The "Ultimate" aspect of this collection is the bundled DLC. On a JTAG/RGH system, DLC must be "unlocked."
