Alternatively, use a USB-C power adapter (if applicable). Do not mix old and new batteries. 2. Setting Date and Time Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds. Use the MEM button to adjust the year, month, and day. Press SET to confirm each entry. 3. Applying the Cuff Remove tight-fitting clothing from your upper left arm. Wrap the cuff 1–2 cm above the elbow joint . The air tube should run down the center of your inner arm.
