In the final three pages of , we see the first reversal. It is not a victory — it is not even a fight. Instead, Katsu stands up. He looks directly at a wanted poster of the Hero. His eyes, previously vacant, now glow with a faint, dark purple aura. The last panel is a single speech bubble: "I said… surely, in the end… I will win." The raw version’s typography makes this bubble larger and more jagged than any previous dialogue, signifying a change in the protagonist’s very being.
