During these first three days of phase two, Tracy introduces combination moves. You will link a 2-inch lift with a tiny pulse. For the uninitiated, it looks like you aren't moving at all. For the practitioner, it feels like your hip joint is on fire.

The physical demands of days 11–20 are characterized by a shift in coordination and speed. The Hipcentric curriculum focuses on pulling the skin tight to the muscle and "shrinking" the hip area, which requires repetitive, high-repetition movements performed from a variety of angles. In this second ten-day block, the leg lead-ins often become more intricate, requiring greater core stability to execute without losing form.
