Metafisica -

Originally, the name "Metafísica" was not chosen by its author, Aristotle, but by a 1st-century editor who placed these writings after his works on physics (literally ta meta ta physika ).

We are all metaphysicians when we look up at the stars and wonder, "Is this all there is?" Metafisica is the discipline of taking that wonder and trying to build a logical structure around it. It reminds us that reality is far stranger—and deeper—than the objects we can touch. Metafisica
