The film follows three teenage girls who are kidnapped by a man diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)
The story begins with the abduction of Casey, Claire, and Marcia from a birthday party. They are held captive in an underground facility where they meet several of Kevin's personalities. Their psychiatrist, Dr. Karen Fletcher, played by Betty Buckley, believes Kevin’s condition allows for physical changes based on the dominant personality, a theory put to the ultimate test as "The Beast" begins to emerge.
