Autodesk provides a chat-based bot that can generate download links for very old software. Visit the Autodesk support page, ask AVA: “Download AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009” . It may provide a direct HTTP link to the original .exe or .img file.
You generally won't find a direct download link on the standard Autodesk Account portal
